PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of a fuel cell main body by restraining output take-out exceeding power generating capacity based on actual gas supply volume, even at transition duration in which requested output of the fuel cell main body increases. SOLUTION: A fuel gas supply means 2 supplies a fuel electrode with fuel gas, and an air supply means supplies an air electrode with air, respectively, according to requested for output with a fuel cell main body. A combustor 4 burns unused exhaust gas exhausted without being used for power generation in the fuel cell main body 1, and a temperature detecting means 5 detects temperature of the combustor 4. In case requested output is increased, a combustor temperature change detecting means 7 detects whether the portion of temperature rise detected by the temperature detecting means 5 is above a given threshold value. When the combustor temperature change detecting means 7 detects a temperature rise exceeding the given threshold value, an output increase admission means 9 admits increase of output a load 10 takes out of the fuel cell main body. |
