<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of uniformly and flexibly processing encryption without depending on the confidentiality of data to be written in a memory of the semiconductor integrated circuit device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a main memory part 10, a redundant memory part 12, and a redundant information file part 14, and at least a part of write data to be written in the main memory part are written in the redundant memory part according to redundant information stored in the redundant information file part so that the write position of the write data can be physically changed, and that the secrecy of the write data can be enhanced.</p> |
