<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling data output circuit that can flexibly cope with variation in a frequency. SOLUTION: The sampling data output circuit comprises a conversion section that samples a data signal (402) to be inputted by an oversampling frequency and outputs a plurality of basic signal series (p1, p2, p3, and p4) in parallel, and a first (second) circulating shifter that inputs the plurality of basic signal series and outputs a plurality of first (second) frequency shift signal series having a high (low) frequency as compared with a basic sampling frequency. The first and second circulating shifters select a signal sample out of the input basic signal series for creating each signal series according to a count value from a phase deviation-integrating counter and a specific rule regarding frequency shift.</p> |
