Herein is depicted an exerciser including a rod laterally fastened in a housing and having two ends extended outwards from the housing. One or more wheels rotably secured in the housing including a lower extended portion with a downward direction beyond, to be coupled with a support surface. A pinion is secured to the wheel. A gear is rotably secured in the housing and coupled with the pinion. One or more springs are secured between the gear and the housing for recovering the gear and limiting the rotational movement of the gear in relation to the housing.
