The composite comprises two concentric tubes, each including a row of circumferential fissures, that each cover more than 180 deg . The fissured structures have a non-fissured tension band extending helically along the tubes. Tension bands of each tube are separated at constant spacing, such that the tension band of the second tube rests on the fissures of the first. The composite comprises two concentric tubes. In this way, the required strength is obtained in traction. The first structured tube is placed inside the second. In a variant, fissures of the second tube form a helix of opposite sense and reduced pitch, in comparison with those of the first tube. An impermeable tube (4) contains the liquid.
