PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a radio terminal from wasting powder due to unnecessary incoming calls when a main power source switch is off. SOLUTION: If a server receives an off signal which, transmitted from a telematics terminal, represents that an accessary switch is off and a discrimination signal which specifies a terminal, it turns off an ACC flag related to a terminal discrimination information corresponding to the discrimination signal in a terminal information table where a terminal discrimination information which specifies a terminal, an originator selection information registered in advance, and an ACC flag which discriminates on/off of the accessory switch of the terminal are related together. When it receives an on signal representing that the accessory switch is on and the discrimination signal, it turns on the ACC flag of the terminal information table, and executes a non-delivery process service which carries out a transfer process to another address or answer phone process, if an ACC flag corresponding to the terminal is off while there exists no caller in the caller selection information corresponding to the terminal when a transmission is made to the terminal.
