PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment that can adopt two portable systems of a portable system using a clip 2 and another portable system using a strap without increasing the size of its main body 1 and, in addition, can maintain a good external appearance even when the clip 2 is removed from the main body 1. SOLUTION: This portable electronic equipment is provided with the clip 2 which is used for locking the equipment to clothes and a clamping tool 4 which clamps the clip 2 to the main body 1. The tool 4 clamps the main body 1 and clip 2 to each other by utilizing a through hole 3 made in the main body 3 for passing the strap.
