Each of the modules (10) is designed as a h-shaped plastic profile with an extension (16) at the top of the upper vertical segment and can be pushed into the soil at the edge of a flower bed. The extension (16) has a circular cross section leaving a gap (20) at the lower side for the insertion of a water hose, a cable, or any other related supply duct. After insertion the gap (20) can be closed with a matching clamp. Openings in the surface of the extension (16) facilitate the accommodation of parts protruding from connector pieces or adapters. A circular joint element can be clipped across the joint areas between two modules (10).
