A storable seat (1), comprising a seat cushion (2) assembled in the rear seat of a car for supporting the hip part of an occupant, a seat back (3) for supporting the rear part of the occupant, and a safe bone (4) playing a role for absorbing an excessive shock from the rear side and assuring the strength of the seat, the seat back (3) further comprising a fixed residual part shell (11) and an open/close part shell (12) opened and closed to the seat cushion (2) side, wherein both shells are rotatably connected to each other through a connection bar (13) passed through the lower end parts thereof and formed so that the opening and locking thereof can be adjusted by a storage lever part (14) at the upper end part of the lever part, an open/close control part (15) for adjusting the open/close speed of the open/close part shell (12) and an open/lock part (16) for preventing the open/close shell (12) from being erroneously operated at the time of opening is installed on both shells, whereby, since a plurality types of installed objects can be changeably assembled in the seat back, the storable seat usable for multi−purposes and having excellent safety, economic efficiency, and convenience can be provided.
