A rectangular sheet of a watertight textile material is folded twice in order to create a flat bag (3) with a flap at the front and with seams at both sides which are welded in a second step. The bag (3) can be attached to a waist belt either with a zip fastener of which one half (2) is sewn to the upper edge of the bag (3) and the opposite toothed strip (1) is fixed to the belt, or with loops through which the belt can be guided. The collection pouch can be easily inserted into or removed from the bag (3).
