PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby car to be used safely at all times by preventing the baby car from being separated from an operator resulting in runaway and fall-down, even in the case that the operator holds her/his hand off a handle. SOLUTION: The foldable baby car comprises a front leg 2 having a front wheel 1 at its end, rear legs 11 having rear wheels 12 at their ends, and a handle frame 3, all of which are connected to one another in a bendable manner. A belt 25 has one end fixed to a portion of the handle frame at one side, located at the front side of the rear wheels in assembly, and the other end formed into a loop 28 to be lapped on a wrist and detachably anchored to one side of the front leg.
