PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean an entire window glass by blowing air to the entire window glass between a lower inversion position for storing a wiper arm and an upper inversion position of the wiper arm. SOLUTION: A base end is turnably mounted to a car body, and wiper arms (a right wiper arm 6 and a left wiper arm 7) supported reciprocatively between the upper inversion position and the lower inversion position on the window glass (front window glass 4) are provided with a plurality of air jetting ports 10, etc., for blowing air to the window glass 4. The wiper arms are arranged in a substantially whole width in the width direction of the window glass 4 at the lower inversion position to improve the cleaning property of the entire window glass 4 at this position.
