<p>The device has an outer chamber (10) which stores first gas and formed with an opening (12). An inner chamber (30) is set within the outer chamber to encloses a second gas, and is formed with an opening (32). A two-way valve (14) is hermetically fixed to the outer chamber, and has two passages (18,20) connected to the openings of the outer and inner chambers. The first and second passages are individually installed with first and second controllable shut-off units (26,28), and individually connected to pressure reducers (36,38) and flow adjusting units (41,42). Pipes (46,48) connect the outlets of the flow adjusting units to a single outlet (52).</p> |
