NBR-BASED MOLDING MATERIAL, COMPRESSOR HAVING THE NBR- BASED MOLDING MATERIAL, AND GAS-SEALING METHOD IN COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NBR-based molding material having excellent gas- sealing properties and compression set characteristics, and further to provide a technique using the NBR-based molding material. SOLUTION: A vulcanized sheet (the NBR-based molding material) in the example is obtained by compounding 50 pts.wt. Austin black 325 (a bituminous coal filler) and 10 pts.wt. natural mica (an unreinforcing inorganic filler) with 100 pts.wt. hydrogenated NBR (an NBR-based polymer). The vulcanized sheet has excellent gas-sealing properties against carbon dioxide, and has excellent compression set characteristics.
