<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both the working efficiency of press formation and the finish accuracy of a formed product by dies cutting by repairing irregularities occurring on the outer circumference of an intermediate product as needed during a half blanking work. SOLUTION: In this press forming method, by pressing a base stock 10, the intermediate product 16 in the state where the outer circumference is connected to the base stock 10 is half blanked. By pressurizing the middle part of the intermediate product 16 in parallel with this half blanking cutting, the thickness in the middle part is moved toward the outer circumference of the intermediate product 16.</p> |
