PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress formation and proliferation of molds and fungi and to sterilize them in an ice making line and in a refrigerator inside, to keep the refrigerator inside highly humid, and to easily and conveniently realize it. SOLUTION: In the inside of a water feed tank 50, a voltage is impressed to electrode materials 52 and 54 and the water inside the water feed tank 50 is electrolyzed and formed into electrolyzed water. The electrolyzed water in the water feed tank 50 is sent to an ice making plate 100 through a feed pipe 104 and made into ice and the ice is stored in an ice storage vessel 102. The electrolyzed water can suppress the formation and proliferation of the molds and fungi, and sterilize them in the ice making line including the water feed tank 50, the feed pipe 104, the ice making plate 100, and the ice storage vessel 102 so that favorable ice can be provided. The electrolyzed water in the water feed tank 50 is atomized by an ultrasonic vibrator 62 and humidifies the air in a refrigerating room 12. this constitution can suppress the formation and proliferation of the molds and fungi and retain the humidity high. The water feed tank 50 for the ice making can be used in common or jointly used as a feed tank for humidifying.
