PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealer for an inorganic material, forming a coated film excellent in water permeation resistance, moisture penetration resistance and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The aqueous sealer for the inorganic material containing a core/shell type vinyl-based resin emulsion is characterized in that the core/shell type vinyl-based resin contains a long chain acrylic monomer having a >=10C alkyl at the terminal of the molecule as a monomer component constituting the shell part as an essential component, and a sealer-coated inorganic material is obtained by applying the sealer after curing the inorganic material.
