PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mount an outer frame body to a ceiling backing material by engaging a fixing body with a mounting edge of the ceiling back material without looseness. SOLUTION: The ceiling backing material 5 is provided with a base wall part 6 and a mounting edge 7 projected from the end part of the base wall part 6. A hanging body 51 is formed with an outer frame mounting piece 52 and an extended part 55 extended upward in contact with the base wall part 6 of the ceiling backing material 5. A fixing body 60 is provided with a base part piece 61 fastened to the extended part 55; a projecting piece 64 projecting along the mounting edge 7 of the ceiling backing material 5 from the end part of the base part piece 61; an abutting piece 65 provided in bent shape in contact with the end part of the mounting edge 7 of the ceiling backing material 5 from the end part of the projecting piece 64; and a fixing part 66 projected from the abutting piece 65 so as to be engaged with the mounting edge 7. The projecting dimension L1 of the projecting piece 64 of the fixing body 60 is set smaller by a prescribed dimension L3 than the projecting dimension L2 of the mounting edge 7 of the ceiling backing material 5.
