PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lapillus foam which can be utilized for greening growth paddy foundation materials, moisture conditioning materials, etc. SOLUTION: Coarse grain lapilli greater in grain size than fine grain lapilli which are aggregate are laminated on the surface of lapillus air mortar formed by mixing a cement slurry consisting of the above fine grain lapilli, kneading water and cement and a foam group consisting of a foaming agent and diluting water.
