In the meantime, a fixed frame 21 and a fixed axle 22 are provided in the rear of the caster 10, and a second wheel 25 is supported with a slider 24 free to move left. and right on it. A moving frame 23 is fixed on the slider 24, and this moving frame and a revolving body 27 axially supported on the fixed frame 21 are engaged with each other by a pin 23p and a slot 27o. Thereafter, the restraining body 17 and the revolving body 27 are connected to each other by a connecting rod 50.
