PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print head in which sensitivity to dot arrangement error is lowered by saving ink or toner. SOLUTION: The print head has a nozzle member 306 including a plurality of nozzles 310 arranged in parallel while being shifted from each other. The nozzles 310 thus arranged can generate a pseudo-hexagonal lattice pattern by causing a horizontal or vertical shift intendedly with a correction means 704. Ink drops 520 comprising odd rows 510 and even rows 512 are thereby printed on a print medium 114 while being spaced apart from each other and the white space 610 between the ink drops 520 is also printed with the ink drop 520. Since the ink drops are overlapped, sensitivity to dot arrangement error can be lowered while saving ink.
