<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem of limited usage of coal ash in order to effectively use the coal ash as aggregate, by mixing the coal ash, cement, and bentonite with each other to produce a granulated body, and enhancing the strength of the granulated body as the aggregate. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing an artificial roadbed material using waste, and a method for producing the same. In implementation of the method, one or more waste materials consisting of glass, earthenware, concrete crusts, etc., are crushed to prepare a crushed material which is then mixed to the coal ash together with waste sand, and further cement and a cement admixture are added to the resultant mixture, to thereby produce the granulated body. In this manner the granulated body as the waste is available as the artificial roadbed material.</p> |
