PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce check properties of a flat cylindrical check valve disc to be mounted to an airtight bag in which air or the like is confined and which is used as a cushioning material or the like. SOLUTION: A flat cylindrical valve disc is mounted to an airtight bag 1, an airtight bag 10 having parallelly arranged air chambers, or the like. One of ends of the valve disc is opened outwardly of a bag body, and the other end thereof is opened inwardly of the bag body. The valve disc is formed of a flexible plastic film. A valve disc portion positioned inside the bag body is folded by folding wires 11 orthogonal to a valve disc stem 13 to be deformed.
