POLYESTER-BASED RESIN SHEET, MOLDED PRODUCT OF THE SAME AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING STAINING OF MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based resin sheet having excellent crystallinity and moldability, and staining a mold in a reduced degree during molding, and to provide a molded product of the same and a method for preventing the staining of a mold. SOLUTION: The polyester-based sheet is obtained by molding a resin composition comprising a polyester-based resin having an intrinsic viscosity of >=0.70 dl/g and a polyolefin-based resin. The content of the polyolefin-based resin is 0.5-10 wt.%, and the polyolefin-based resin in the sheet has n-hexane extractable components of <=3 wt.%. The molded product is a secondary molded product of the sheet, and has a degree of crystallinity of 10-40%. The method for preventing the pollution of a mold comprises the using of the sheet when the polyester resin sheet is subjected to a secondary molding and crystallization in the mold to obtain the molded product having a degree of crystallinity of 10-40%.
