PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the poor workability in the attachment of a conventional hose reel unit to a frame because of manual fastening or removing of bolts one by one. SOLUTION: A cylindrical bracket 18 is concentrically inserted to a cylindrical frame 17 so that the axial centers of respective through-holes 23 and 24 of mutually opposed connecting part 21 and connected part 22 are matched. A connecting pin 25 is inserted to each through-holes 23, 24, and a snap pin 29 fitted to a first hole 26 is allowed to abut on the connecting part 21 to regulate the insert depth. The insertion of the pin 29 is switched from the first hole 26 to second and third holes 27 and 28 the axial centers of which are mutually matched, whereby the cylindrical frame 17 is connected to the cylindrical bracket 18 without dropping out the connecting pin 25 from the through-holes 23 and 24. The removal of the connecting pin 25 is performed by pulling out the snap pin 29 and beating the connecting pin 25 from the outer side to the inner side.
