<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive exhaust pressure control valve of a simple structure, which can easily regulate exhaust gas pressure finely, and can precisely control the exhaust gas pressure. SOLUTION: A slide valve 31 as a valve for main pressure regulation is slidably installed in a direction almost perpendicular to a direction of exhaust gas fluidization, and gaps (holes, notches, slides) 33 for pressure fine regulation are formed at a rear part 32 in an open slide direction of the slide valve 31. When the slide valve 31 is made to slide in the open slide direction, the gaps 33 are sequentially exposed to an exhaust passage corresponding to the slide volume of the slide valve 31 before the entire slide valve 31 starts to open to the exhaust passage, so as to gradually increase the exposed area of the gaps 33. Therefore, in the area before the entire slide valve 31 starts to open, the increased or decreased volume of the area of the flow passage is restrained against the slide volume.</p> |
