PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage by condensed water of a body to be housed by adhering on the body to be housed of moisture in high-humidity air during a dehumidifying progressive period in a humidity-conditioning chamber, to simplify the execution of works of the humidity-conditioning chamber and improve its efficiency and to increase bending strength as the whole humidity- conditioning chamber. SOLUTION: A plurality of humidity-conditioning plates 4 and the like are juxtaposed mutually in multiples in the direction of the plate thickness at spaces 5 for a venting. The spaces 5 for the venting communicate with the humidity- conditioning chamber 3 through airways 6. A plurality of vent holes 7 and the like are bored to the humidity-conditioning plates 4 positioned on the side nearer to the chamber 3 than the spaces 5. The airways 6 are composed of the vent holes 7. Honeycomb cores 10 are housed in the spaces 5. Both humidity- conditioning plates 4 and 4 placed before and behind the honeycomb cores 10 are contacted and abutted against the honeycomb cores 10, and bonded by bonding means 11.
