PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite suitable for an optical disk and an optical mirror in which an adhesive metal film is laminated on a resin molding easy of industrial acquisition and excellent in low birefringence properties. SOLUTION: The metal film is laminated on the molding which is obtained by molding the hydrogenation product of a specified block copolymer having an additional alicyclic structure and contains dissolved air in an amount of 50 ppm or below.
