PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-adhesive sheet which has enough gas-permeability, heat-adhesion, and interlayer strength and is produced easily. SOLUTION: A film-shape synthetic resin 4 is extruded and laminated on one surface of a sheet-shaped gas-permeable fiber raw material 2 through which air in an amount of at least 0.5 ml/cm<2> .s by a fragile shape method is passed. The fiber raw material 2 on which the resin 4 is laminated is heated from the resin 4 side and sucked from the fiber raw material 2 side, the fiber raw material 2 is impregnated with the resin 4 to form a synthetic resin layer 3. The impregnation with the resin 4 is made at least 15% of the thickness of the fiber raw material 2. The peel strength between the fiber raw material 2 and the synthetic resin layer 3 is 1 N/15 mm.
