PURPOSE: A key input information storing method of a mobile communication terminal is provided to check how a mobile communication terminal has been manipulated by a user. CONSTITUTION: A controller checks whether there is a key input(101). If there is a key input, the controller detects a type of the inputted key and the input start time and stores them(103). The controller counts the key input maintaining time, and when the key input is terminated, the controller judges whether the key input has been maintained longer than a pre-set time, discriminates a long input and a short input and stores them(105). The controller performs a function assigned to the inputted key according to the counted time, and simply stores the performed function(107).
