PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer original pattern and an uneven pattern used to manufacture a diffuse reflecting plate having excellent reflection characteristics, a laminated body for transfer, and the diffuse reflecting plate. SOLUTION: A microlens shape is a shape which has a nearly circular size and is formed of one circular shape or a shape using part of an aspherical surface curve in any sectional shape which is sectioned at right angles to a long axis or short axis. The laminated body for transfer is characterized in that a thin film layer is laminated on an uneven surface of the uneven pattern formed by transferring the uneven shape of the transfer original pattern where many shapes mentioned above are arranged and the surface on the opposite to the side coming into contact with a temporary base of the thin film layer form a surface to be bonded to an applied substrate. A manufacturing method for the diffuse reflecting plate includes a process of pressing the laminated body for transfer so that the bonded surface of the thin film layer comes into contact with an applied substrate, a process of peeling the temporary base, and a process of forming a reflecting film on the uneven surface of the thin film layer.
