PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable pollution-free electric power generating device. SOLUTION: Liquefied nitrogen is sent to a heat exchanger 2 and air cooled in the heat exchanger 2 is sent to a heat expansion chamber 11. A free turbine rotor 14 driving the electric power generator 4 is rotated by energy of air rapidly expanding in the heat expansion chamber 11. Nitrogen which passed through the heat exchanger 2 is collected by using adiabatic expansion action of a support turbine 5.
