HIGH-VISCOSITY WASTE BLOWING LANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of clogging in a lance pipe by preventing coking due to radiant heat from a furnace. SOLUTION: The lance pipe 16 is disposed with the tip thereof facing the inside of an incinerator 6, and a steam supply pipe 19 is connected to a required portion of the lance pipe 16 outside of the incinerator. A heat seal pipe 17 is provided on the outer periphery of the lance pipe 16. When high-viscosity waste 10 is thrown into the incinerator through the lance pipe 16, the steam S1 is directly blown into the lance pipe 16 through the steam supply pipe 19 to thereby cool the high-viscosity waste 10, and simultaneously improve the flowability. The steam S is blown out toward the front of the lance pipe 16 by the heat seal pipe 17, thereby heat sealing the tip of the lance pipe 16 with the steam S.
