PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for sun shade which can be installed even in a riverbed by lowering a roof body to a position lower than a regulated height and laying down struts when there is danger of flooding. SOLUTION: The roof body 4 is held so as it can vertically move in inner sides of a plurality of struts 3 erected on the ground with predetermined intervals so they can be tilted up and down, and upper parts of the struts 3 and outer side parts of the roof body 4 are detachably connected by couplers 5. The bower like building is constructed by erecting the plurality of struts 3 and connecting the outer side parts of the roof body 4 to the top parts in inner sides of the struts 3 by the couplers 5. The whole building can be laid on the ground by removing the couplers 5 from the struts 3, separating the struts 3 and the roof body 4, lowering the roof body 4 by a suitable vertically moving device B, and laying each strut 3 on its side on the ground.
