PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate and a reflection and semi- transmission electrooptic device which are capable of ensuring the brightness of reflection display and the saturation of transmission display and to reduce the difference in color between reflection display and transmission display. SOLUTION: A reflection layer 211 provided with an aperture part 211a is formed on a substrate 201, and thereafter, a light-transmissive layer 214 is partially formed, and a color filter 212 provided with color layers 212r, 212g, and 212b is formed on them. Thick parts 212TH provided in areas where the light-transmissive layer 214 is not formed are formed in the color layers.
