PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden wall-board structure capable of taking advantage of low priced lumber and even scraps, preventing the incursion of wind and rain, having no warp in them by drying or humidity and also having insulating. SOLUTION: Longitudinal shallow grooves are formed in one side of a plurality of belt plates, and in two wall-boards formed in the shape of a plane by engaging the faces having the grooves with each other in the direction of the width while turning them on the same direction, positions to be engaged are shifted to overlap the faces forming the grooves with each other to comprise a wall surface unit as an integral structure. There is a clearance in an engaged part of the belt plates for both faces of the outdoor side and the indoor side and, there is a clearance in a fitting section.
