PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an expandable composition of a polylactic acid resin for providing strength as an absorbent material for a bone regeneration scaffolding material which is easily moldable, is uniform in foam sizes and is communicatively connected and is used in medical uses and provide a foam for the bone regeneration scaffolding material by extruding and expanding the expandable composition. SOLUTION: The block-like foam of the polylactic acid resin which is extremely uniform in a foam dispersion state and has the strength proper as the foam for the communicatively connected scaffolding material can be molded by using this expandable composition for the bone regeneration scaffolding material.
