PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing stake not only having rotting properties, but also with which a sloped face can be greened actively, and a damaged natural scenery can be regenerated and restored in a short time. SOLUTION: The stake for fixing a plate material 1 for planting is used for fixing the planer material on the ground 2. The stake is a circular tube made of a bamboo material having a knot 3 at a specified position of the barrel, and the plate material 1 is pressed with the knot 3. Soil 5 sown with seeds 6 is placed in the upper part 4 of the tube from the knot 3, and this part is exposed above the ground. The opened upper face 8 of the upper part 4 of the tube is covered with a water-soluble plate material 9. Further, a draining hole 10 communicating with the inside of the upper part 4 and the lower part 11 of the tube is formed on the knot 3.
