PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and easily judge the presence or absence of medicine sensitivity. SOLUTION: When an occupying rate is lager than a standard rate, it is judged that medicine has sensitivity. Therein, the occupying rate is (the number of bacteria in a judging area)×100/(the number of bacteria in a medicine- containing bacterium liquid). When, for example, PIPC is used, the first area is determined from a particle size distribution figure obtained by measuring a PIPC-free cultured bacterium liquid (control) with a flow sight meter. On the other hand, the second area is determined from a particle size distribution figure obtained by measuring a PIPC-containing cultured bacterium liquid. Both the particle size distribution figures are superposed each other, and the overlapped portion of the first area and the second area is a common area. An area obtained by removing the common area from the second area is the judging area.
