PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fishline to be smoothly guided to a line roller in a fishline- guiding structure for a spinning reel. SOLUTION: A bail arm 34 of the spinning reel has a bail 41, a fixing shaft 43 formed by machine work such as cutting work, the line roller 44 supported by the fixing shaft 43, and a fixing shaft cover 46 integrally formed with the fixing shaft 43 by die working such as forging. The fixing shaft cover 46 has a guiding part 46a, a deficient part 46b formed so as to be depressed at the opposite side of the guiding part 46a by sandwiching the bail 41, and a cylinder part 46c including the guiding part 46a except the deficient part 46b. The fixing shaft cover 46 is formed so that the angleαformed by the central main axis A of the cylinder part 46c and the central axis B of the fixing shaft is 8-30 deg. and the length L between both ends of the cylinder part 46c in the axis direction is 1-3 mm.
