PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a package form designed to pack pasture in a bedding for pigeons and leaves of tobacco in one bag and permeate an odor of the tobacco into the pasture therein and a method for spreading the bedding over the floor. SOLUTION: This package is composed by cutting dried pasture to a constant length (12), simultaneously cutting dried leaves of the tobacco to a constant size (10), placing the cut pasture (12) and leaves of the tobacco (10) in a double hermetically sealed packaging bag (14) such as a vinyl resin, nylon or polyethylene without passing the air therethrough, deaerating and sealing the package. The method comprises spreading the resultant bedding over the floor (18) of a pigeonry.
