PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-mounted hand wash basin mounted on the wall for use, capable of preventing drain metal fitting part and members fitted in its vicinity from being exposed when the basin is fitted to the wall and seen from the front, imparting good impression in its appearance. SOLUTION: This wall-mounted hand wash basin includes a bowl part having a drain port part at the bottom and a storing space part provided on the back of the bowl part for storing a connecting member for the drain port part and a drain pipe fitted in its vicinity to surround it. The storing space part at least stores the drain port part and the connecting member in positions above the outer contour line on the front view side, and a concealing member constituted by another member can be internally fitted.
