MUSCULAR ACTION ANALYZER AND TRAINING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular action analyzer which can conveniently measure the type of the muscle acting during using of a motion auxiliary unit or the degree of the action. SOLUTION: The height position of a saddle 1a during exercise and the position of a pedal 1b are detected by an attitude position detecting means 3 by using the exercise auxiliary unit 1 for simulating the pedaling exercise of a bicycle. The force operating at the pedal 1b during exercise is detected by an operating force detecting means 4. An analyzing means 5 estimates the action of each muscle of the user during exercise by using information imparted by the means 3 and the means 4 together with the user's height, body weight and leg size input from an input operation means 2 to display the estimated results at a display means 8.
