PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing edible dough so that noodles having tough and resilient texture may be produced through simple operations. SOLUTION: A stone plate 9 having the smooth upper face is arranged on the top board 5 of the table. A pair of poles 11, 13 are set upright on both sides of the table and a bridging plate 15 is bridged between the poles. The bridging plate 15 is equipped with a lifting shaft and the operation machine 17 for ascending and descending the shaft 35 is fixed along the machine so that the shaft may vertically fall down. A presser 39 having the smooth surface is fixed on the top end of the lifting shaft that projects from the lower part of the lifting machine 17. The lifting shaft 35 is allowed to move downward by the downward operation of a switch means 43 and is allowed to automatically stop with an interval of 3-5 cm between the stone plate. Then, the lifting shaft 35 is lifted up to the uppermost position by the ascending operation of the switch means 43 and allowed to automatically stop. |
