PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning water producing apparatus capable of increasing the cleaning effect of electrolytic water by executing a water softening treatment or a water purifying treatment to remove hardness components from raw water in addition to the increase of the pH by electrolysis. SOLUTION: The cleaning water producing apparatus is provided with an electrolytic cell and a water softening apparatus or a water purifying apparatus. The cleaning water having excellent cleaning power and decreased load on environment is efficiently produced. In the case that a strong acidic anion exchange resin is used in the water softening apparatus, an alkali metallic salt added for the regeneration is also efficiently used in the electrolysis, and in the case that a weak acidic anion exchange resin is used in the water softening apparatus, acidic water produced in the electrolysis is efficiently used for the regeneration of the ion exchange resin. |
