PURPOSE: A method and device of cutting a packing pack for vacuum wrapping is provided to improve productivity, maximize economic gains, and improve reliability of packing. CONSTITUTION: A method of cutting a packing pack for vacuum wrapping comprises steps of feeding cylindrical vinyl raw material through a guide roller and a feed roller; cutting one side of a closed portion of the fed vinyl raw material, with a rotary type cutter; forming a boundary portion, with a rectilinear heater, to be at right angle to an opening of the closed portion formed through the opening-cutting process, and to decide width of the packing pack; and cutting the vinyl raw material with the boundary portion, as the packing pack having a standard and loading the cut packing packs. Thus, the manufacturing cost and productivity are improved by using the cylindrical vinyl raw material.
