PURPOSE: An installing structure of an incinerator is improved to reduce heat loss of burning heat, thereby reducing energy loss and minimizing installing area of the incinerator furnace. CONSTITUTION: A first incinerator(1) burns supplied waste firstly. A second incinerator(2) burns the firstly burned waste secondly. A heat exchanger retrieves waste heat from a discharge gas of the first and second incinerator. A dust collecting device collects dust from the discharge gas passed the heat exchanger. A chimney discharges the gas to outer air. The first and second incinerator are installed vertically. A transferring screw(10) is installed to connect the upper part of the first incinerator with the lower part of the second incinerator. A pipe passage is formed in upper part of the first incinerator to transfer the discharge gas to the heat exchanger.
