PURPOSE: A method and a system for operating a shopping mall by returning all profit on the Internet are provided to make a user easily select the goods in the total shopping mall by selecting a character as a substitute and making the character experience the goods virtually. CONSTITUTION: A total shopping mall homepage server(10) includes a member database(12) storing the personal information of a member, a goods database(14) storing the information of the goods in the total shopping mall, and a moving image database(16) storing standard model images to experience the total shopping mall as the substitute for a customer(2) and the virtual moving image realizing the total shopping mall. The standard model image stored in the moving image database(16) is equipped with various kinds according to an age and a gender. The homepage server(10) is connected to a payment system(18) in order to enable the customer to pay the price of the buying goods.
