<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information carrier for preventing a forgery having a practical security element capable of deciding a truth or a falsehood by a visual check simply and instantaneously by a general person by using a general and relatively low-cost material and a simple printing system. SOLUTION: The information carrier having changing visible information varying at an observing angle is provided by forming a lustrous concealing layer having a dense base material concealing rate on one of a first visible information image region 18 and a background image region 19, forming a luminous concealing layer having a rough base material concealing rate on the other, forming the luminous concealing layer having a dense base material concealing rate on both a second visible information image region 20 and a background image region 21, and forming a concealing layer having high visible light absorbing property and extremely rough concealing rate on at least part of the dense concealing layer.</p> |
