FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with detecting individual sorption activity of erythrocytes to prednisolone before application in complex of curative pharmacotherapeutic measures. One should conduct reaction of cellular immunosorption to obtain supernatant liquid, moreover, obtained erythromass should be incubated with prednisolone solution at 1 mcg/ml concentration in equal volumes for 60 min, centrifuged to obtain supernatant liquid; then the first sample is introduced with 0.05 ml medium 199, the second sample - 0.05 ml prednisolone solution in initial concentration and the third sample - 0.05 ml supernatant liquid obtained after incubation of prednisolone with erythromass; then all the samples are supplemented with 0.05 ml nitroblue tetrazolium solution and 0.1 ml patient's whole blood followed by incubation, centrifuging, removal of supernatant liquid; cellular residue is used to prepare smears, fix with methanol and dye with neutral red, calculate percentage of neutrophils with diformazan granules in their cytoplasm; then one should evaluate prednisolone activity in the first experimental sample according to the percentage of the decrease in neutrophilic NBT-activity against prednisolone-free control sample and detect sorption activity according to the difference in the sample with supernatant liquid and in the sample with prednisolone solution.
